Elyse + Jason’s summer mountain engagement session in Kananaskis, Alberta

These two get married in a matter of days and we couldn’t be more excited to be able to document their day and sneak around getting all the fun candid’s with them. The moment summer started to turn everything green in Calgary, we knew we need to get at it with our engagement sessions for the season! At their session, you could tell they truly know each other inside and out. It was so fluid and easy. People don’t need as much direction as they think they do at these types of sessions. Once we take you to a location that is important to you and you’re with your special person, it’s really easy as (pre-made) pie. Elyse and Jason love the mountains, so we decided on this sweet location in Kananaskis by a stream, no hiking involved!

Your session is what you make it. We don’t have any expectations for you besides the fact that we what you to have fun. We are here to document you and story and capture what your love feels like in a photo. That’s always our goal, and you bring what that looks like, naturally.
